Job Summary
Summary: Performs a variety of clerical and technical duties under general supervision. Reports to a Laboratory Supervisor. Responsibilities include receipt, accessioning, centrifugation and decanting of patient specimens, and communicating with clinicians at the Front Window and over the phone.Qualifications
Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Minimum two years of experience as a CLA I or II 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Good interpersonal and communication skills so as to be able to interact effectively with individuals in the lab and the hospital. - Ability to multitask and work accurately under stress of time constraints and heavy workload demands. - Demonstrates excellent dependability, reliability, accuracy, prioritization ability, problem solving skills, customer service and teamwork.Additional Job Details (if applicable)
