Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or related field.
• 5 years of clinical laboratory experience; supervisory experience required.
• Clinical Lab Supervisor or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the staff and technical services of the clinical laboratory/pathology.
• Develop goals, priorities, and assign tasks; write SOPs and prepare reports.
• Review and verify test results; ensure timely, accurate laboratory operations.
