Responsibilities

• Lead daily Anatomic and Clinical Pathology operations with staffing and regulatory oversight.
• Maintain CLIA/CAP readiness and coordinate inspections and proficiency testing.
• Develop and monitor the laboratory quality management program and metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize LIS/EHR workflows and safety.
