The position oversees budgeting, regulatory compliance, staffing, and strategic growth initiatives while fostering a patient-focused culture. Sign-on and relocation bonuses may be available.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• ASCP certification required.
• Prior laboratory experience required.
• Leadership or management experience required.
• Strong operational, financial, and team leadership skills.
