Community hospital in Northeast Ohio seeks a highly skilled Pathologist to join its multidisciplinary team. The physician will provide comprehensive diagnostic services for surgical specimens and cytology, while serving as the CLIA Lab Director for multiple sites.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians and participation in tumor boards to drive patient care decisions. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

• Board certification required in pathology.
• Experience in surgical pathology and cytology.

Mansioni

• Examine and diagnose tissue samples, body fluids, and other specimens.
• Interpret and report findings in surgical pathology and cytology.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and oncologists to guide patient care.
• Participate in tumor boards, case conferences, and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and Joint Commission standards.
• Provide consultation and guidance to laboratory staff.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs.
• Lead departmental quality improvement and operational initiatives.
