• Experience with Lab Information System (LIS) and EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to obtain daily test and procedure orders and follow up on incomplete orders.
• Review EMR for bone marrow clinic schedules and patient demographics.
• Coordinate with APPs/MA teams and main lab to resolve issues and schedule procedures.
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide pre-procedure instructions.
• Maintain supplies and act as liaison across departments to ensure high-quality service.
