Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience; minimum 6 years general administrative experience; 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role; pathology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day activities of the clinical administrative office.
• Serve as a liaison between directors, managers, and clinical staff.
• Provide oversight to the clinical administrative employees.
• Plan, organize and prioritize special projects.
• Compile, compute, summarize & analyze data for special reports.
• Mentor, coach and performance manage employees.
• Diligently review departmental workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
