A NAACLS-accredited PA program and ASCP PA license are required.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of a Master’s degree from NAACLS accredited Pathologists’ Assistant program.
• Knowledge of surgical pathology grossing techniques, frozen section procedures, anatomy, and specimen handling requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with pathologists and laboratory staff.
• Possess the knowledge and skills required to meet Redlands Community Hospital Medical Staff criteria.
