CT Assist in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Pathologists’ Assistant to join a privately held pathology provider serving 70+ hospitals and physician groups. The role involves gross dictation and gross examination of tissue specimens under the supervision of a Pathologist.

Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pathologist Assistant and ASCP or equivalent certification (or meet CLIA requirements). This is a day shift, M-F position with on-site work in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pathologist Assistant required.
• ASCP or equivalent certification as a Pathologist Assistant required, or must meet CLIA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for gross dictation and gross examination of tissue specimens, functioning independently under the direction of a Pathologist.
