Job summary

Essentia Health-Fargo is seeking an AP/CP board eligible or board-certified pathologist to join our team of 4 pathologists, including hematopathology and dermatopathology fellowship-trained pathologists, and 2 pathology assistants.

Position supports general pathology with subspecialty flexibility; on-call duties are shared; strong clinical pathology skills are preferred, and experience with an expanding referral practice is valuable.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP).
• Fellowship training is desired but not required. All subspecialties will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 4 pathologists with subspecialties including hematopathology and dermatopathology.
• Share on-call coverage equally among pathologists.
• No autopsies; PAs perform gross dissections including frozen sections.
• Epic systems used for pathology workflow.
