Job summary

Essentia Health-Fargo is seeking an AP/CP board eligible or board-certified pathologist to join our team in Fargo, ND. The position is 0.8-1.0 FTE and on-call duties are shared among four pathologists.

Our group includes fellowship-trained hematopathology and dermatopathology specialists, with two pathology assistants supporting daily operations. The role supports a growing referral practice, with opportunities in outreach and laboratory medical directorships.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology.
• Fellowship training desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• On-call coverage shared equally among pathologists.
• Strong clinical pathology skills preferred in a growing referral practice.
• PAs perform gross dissections including frozen sections; no autopsies.
