Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Pathology Physician for locum tenens support in Fargo, ND. The role includes scheduled clinical hours with call, inpatient and outpatient work, and a mix of surgical pathology, cytology, FNAs, and onsite evaluations including EBUS, CT, and ultrasound-guided biopsies. Board Certified or Board Eligible, fellowship preferred.

Credentialing takes 45–120 days; Epic is the EMR. This is a contractor position with malpractice insurance arranged by AMN and travel and lodging

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility required; fellowship preferred.
• Inpatient and outpatient practice settings.
• Includes surgical pathology, frozen sections, FNAs, cytology, and onsite evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical pathology, frozen sections, and cytology.
• Conduct FNAs and onsite evaluations including EBUS, CT, and ultrasound-guided biopsies.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and ensure accurate diagnoses.
