Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to support the configuration of data center sites within an internal planning environment. You will enter site configuration details, validate measurements, and ensure accuracy through design drawings and vendor data.

• Clear written communication skills for coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Self-directed with ability to manage an assigned queue independently.

Responsibilities

• Use web-based site load tools and intake forms to enter site configuration details into the planning system.
• Capture and validate data hall measurements, including tray dimensions, pathway distances, and rack or cabinet placement.
• Review source materials such as design drawings, as-built surveys, and vendor measurement packages for accuracy.
• Partner with field teams and vendors to resolve missing information or clarify discrepancies.
• Track site enablement progress and provide status updates across assigned locations.
• Follow established procedures and documentation standards to ensure consistent, accurate data entry.
• Escalate issues or conflicts that require additional review by the broader team.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with technical documentation, maintaining data accuracy, and helping sites move smoothly from intake to go-live.
