Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paper Science or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience supervising manufacturing operations and shift teams.
• Strong communication, training and process-improvement skills.
• Knowledge of safety systems and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the four Shift Supervisors and provide vacation relief.
• Promote safety and model safety in daily mill operations.
• Lead training development and execute process-improvement projects.
• Coordinate between production and maintenance to optimize uptime.
