Job summary

KBP Foods, the operator behind KFC restaurants, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Florida to lead and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee daily operations, customer service, and profitability while upholding standards for quality and safety.

Ideal candidates bring prior AGI/GM experience in quick-service, are 18+, and can close the restaurant multiple nights weekly. We offer growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
