Medtronic’s Interventional Cardiac Therapies (ICT) Renal Denervation (CRDN) business seeks a driven Lead Electrical Engineer to work on next‑generation medical device capital equipment. Responsibilities include leveraging technical breadth and business acumen to accelerate design and development of next‑generation devices, supporting RF design, RF energy delivery, digital circuit card design, FPGA, SOM, and hardware/software interfaces, and providing lifecycle support. The role is based in Mounds View, MN and requires a minimum of 4 days a week onsite, with a commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross‑functional collaboration.

Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD): $134,400.00 – $201,600.00. This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States.
