As a Senior Electrical Engineer you will be an individual contributor in our technical functions advancing existing technology or introducing new technology and therapies. You will formulate deliver and manage assigned projects collaborating with stakeholders to achieve desired results. You may mentor colleagues or direct the work of junior professionals. Responsibilities focus on the development of systems or initiatives related to the support of existing technologies or therapies from design refinement to implementation and sustaining activities while adhering to policies and applying specialized knowledge and skills.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $119,200.00 - $178,800.00. This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
