You will assist attorneys with the full patent prosecution lifecycle, including filing, docket management, reporting, IDS preparation, research, and direct client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, proofread, and edit patent prosecution documents
- Finalize and electronically file USPTO submissions
- Manage client communication and portfolio updates
- Prepare IDS and OA-related materials
- Monitor dockets and coordinate with docketing teams
- Conduct legal research related to prosecution
- Manage both paper and electronic files
