The candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications and engage in related litigation, collaborating with clients to understand their innovations.

Applicant should have 4–7 years of IP experience, be licensed or eligible to practice in California, and hold USPTO registration.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant IP experience.
• Licensed to practice law or eligible for licensing in California.
• Member of the USPTO.
• Experience with AI/ML, software design, semiconductors, or medical devices is a plus.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
