Qualifications

• 5-8 years of patent litigation experience.
• Background in Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• Experience at a peer law firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of patent litigation, including pleadings and written discovery.
• Draft briefs and conduct legal research.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court for various proceedings.
