Job summary

MNF Global is seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney to join its growing IP practice in Dallas, focusing on telecom, AI and software technologies. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of law firm patent prosecution experience and a strong track record drafting and prosecuting US and international applications.

You will work closely with inventors, engineers and in-house counsel, advising on patent strategy, portfolio development and cross‑practice collaboration across a national IP platform.

Qualifications

• USPTO registration preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of law firm patent prosecution experience.
• Strong patent drafting and prosecution background.
• Experience with telecom, AI, software, or related technologies preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.
• Work directly with inventors, engineers, and in-house counsel.
• Advise clients on patent strategy and portfolio development.
• Handle technologies related to telecommunications, AI, software, and computer systems.
• Collaborate with attorneys across a broad national IP platform.
