Job summary

MNF Global is seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney for a telecom, AI and software technologies practice in Houston. The role requires at least 3 years of law firm patent prosecution experience and a strong drafting background.

You will draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications, work with inventors and in-house counsel, and advise on patent strategy and portfolio development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of law firm patent prosecution experience.
• Strong patent drafting and prosecution background.
• Experience with telecom, AI, software technologies preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients.
