Qualifications

Experience in patent prosecution within a law firm or corporate legal environment.
Technical background in computer science, software engineering, AI, or related field.
Demonstrated experience working with software-based inventions, including UI, algorithms, or platform technologies.
Exposure to industries such as healthcare tech or fintech is preferred.
Strong legal writing, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
Admission to the New Jersey bar required; New York bar preferred.
USPTO registration required.
