• Requires a B.S. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering with strong patent prosecution experience.
• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
• Registration before USPTO preferred, or eligibility to sit for the patent bar depending on technical background.
