Qualifications

• Electrical or Computer Engineering degree required.
• Must be registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Experience drafting and prosecuting AI/ML patent applications.
• Strong prosecution experience in medical devices, semiconductors, ICs, fintech, cybersecurity, networking, cloud computing, or software.
• Ability to analyze complex technologies and communicate with inventors and in-house counsel.
• J.D. from accredited law school and admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
