Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level Patent Prosecution Associate to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of patent prosecution experience and will draft and prosecute patent applications directed to advanced computing technologies, supporting Fortune 200 clients.

You will analyze complex technologies, communicate with inventors and in-house counsel, and develop strategic IP portfolios under partner mentorship while handling multiple

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice.
• At least 3 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Strong technical experience in medical devices or semiconductors.
• Ability to work under partner-level mentorship.
