Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level Patent Prosecution Associate in Dallas, TX, with 2–5 years of relevant experience to support our Intellectual Property Practice Group and high-profile clients.

The successful candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications, collaborate with inventors and in-house counsel, and provide strategic IP guidance under partner supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of patent prosecution experience, especially in AI and ML.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications related to AI/ML and other technologies.
• Collaborate with inventors and in-house counsel to develop strategic IP portfolios.
• Provide expert IP guidance under partner-level supervision.
• Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
