Qualifications

• 8–10 years of portfolio management experience.
• Ability to communicate with a global mindset at all levels.
• Extensive experience with LTE/5G cellular tech and 3GPP standards.
• BS or higher in EE, Telecommunications, Physics, Electronics, or related field.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Review disclosures, decide filings, and manage prosecution counsel within budget.
• Collaborate with engineers, counsels, and Licensing Support to craft claim charts and strategies.
• Develop knowledge of claim sets, amendments, continuations, and related actions.
• Participate in portfolio management meetings with engineers and legal teams.
• Coordinate with Licensing Support to align portfolios with licensing programs.
• Provide feedback to engineers on patent topics and status updates.
• Track portfolio status and report to company stakeholders.
• Support Litigation during due diligence and litigation matters.
• Coordinate defense against third-party validity challenges.
• Collaborate on cross-functional patent projects with internal and external partners.
