Our client, a full‑service law firm, is looking for a Patent Litigator (Associate or Counsel) to join their dynamic, growing pharmaceutical/life science patent practice.

Billable hours: 1600-1800 DOE

Schedule: Hybrid 3/2 or remote (1099)

Location: New York, NY; New Brunswick, NJ; Madison, NJ; Stamford, CT

Qualifications

• Advanced science degree preferred (chemistry, pharma, bio, etc)
• Opinion and/or litigation experience working on CURRENT Hatch Waxman (generic) matters
• Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) experience
• Trial exp is a plus
