Qualifications

• 4-6 years of commercial or IP litigation experience, with patent litigation experience preferred.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; taking and defending depositions; preparing and responding to discovery; conducting legal research; managing cases; and participating in hearings and trial preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science is a plus.
• USPTO admission preferred but not required.
• Bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
