Job summary

Our client, a leading IP litigation firm, seeks an associate with 4-6 years of commercial or IP litigation experience, preferably including patent litigation, to join its IP Litigation team. Positions are available in Connecticut, Boston, New York, Washington, DC, or Miami.

The salary range for this role is $220,000 to $260,000. The successful candidate will draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; take and defend depositions; manage discovery; conduct legal research; and participate in hearings

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of commercial or IP litigation experience, with patent litigation experience preferred.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; taking and defending depositions; preparing and responding to discovery; conducting legal research; managing cases; and participating in hearings and trial preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science is a plus.
• USPTO admission preferred but not required.
• Bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
