You'll handle federal district court disputes, participate in ITC investigations, contribute to PTAB proceedings, and collaborate with technical experts on SEPs/FRAND and telecommunications/multimedia standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage in patent litigation in federal district court, including fact development and discovery.

• Draft briefs and motions with high quality writing.
• Collaborate with technical experts to present clear, persuasive arguments.
• Involve in PTAB proceedings, including IPRs.
• Explore SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications and multimedia standards.
