Job summary

Orionplacement seeks an experienced attorney to join our patent litigation team. You will gain meaningful exposure to high-stakes infringement matters and participate directly in case strategy from drafting to trial preparation.

Drafting and analyzing patent claim charts, supporting senior trial attorneys, and owning substantial assignments with minimal oversight in a flexible hybrid role across locations, including Palo Alto, CA.

Qualifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• 1+ years of directly relevant IP or patent litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience drafting and analyzing patent claim charts.
• Strong understanding of patent law and patent infringement litigation.
• Excellent legal research, analysis, writing, and communication skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of complex assignments.
• Associate-level candidates are preferred, although more senior attorneys with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Pay: $145,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
