Overview

• The role requires experience in commercial or intellectual property litigation, with a preference for patent litigation experience. Candidates are of particular interest if they want to develop or deepen a patent litigation practice.
• Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; taking and defending depositions; preparing and responding to discovery; conducting legal research; managing cases; and participating in hearings and trial preparation.
• Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is preferred, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or a scientific field is considered a plus.
