LHH seeks a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with an Electrical Engineering background to join its expanding Intellectual Property practice. You will prepare and prosecute patent applications, work with inventors, and provide strategic IP counsel in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) across multiple offices, with opportunities for growth and client engagement.

A well-established, AmLaw firm is seeking a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney to join its expanding Intellectual Property practice. About the Opportunity

The firm is looking for a patent professional with experience in patent preparation and prosecution, particularly within electrical technologies. While the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, the team is open to considering more senior candidates as well.

This position can be based in multiple office locations across the firm's footprint and follows a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• Patent Agent or Patent Attorney

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience
