Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in patent litigation and/or prosecution law.
• Experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation, preferably Hatch-Waxman Litigation.
• Stable employment at a large to mid-size firm background preferred.

The Role/Ideal Candidate

• 3-6 years of experience in patent litigation and/or prosecution law
• Candidates need pharmaceutical patent litigation experience, preferably Hatch-Waxman Litigation experience
• Performing tasks such as drafting briefs and related motions and drafting and responding to discovery requests and letters from opposing counsel.
• Candidate should also be able to break down and assess patent demands, work up invalidity arguments, draft office action responses and help draft applications.
• Stable employment at large to mid-size firm background (preferred)
• Strong Educational background (preferred)
• Excellent writing and research skills
