Candidates should have a degree in CS/CE/EE, be registered with the USPTO or eligible, and have experience in patent prosecution for software and electronics. Prior firm experience and industry exposure are a plus. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

The associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country, including interacting with GT attorneys across our global platform.The candidate will provide patent prosecution services in software and electronics IP across an array of industries. Familiarity with software and electronics is required, and experience with health and medicine is a plus. Candidates should have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent discipline. Candidates should be familiar with all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution. Prior firm experience and registration with the USPTO is required.
