Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Boston is seeking a Junior, Mid-level, or Senior Patent Agent to join our software and electronics practice. You may work in the Boston office or remotely supporting the Boston office.

Candidates should have a degree in CS/CE/EE, be registered with the USPTO or eligible, and have experience in patent prosecution for software and electronics. Prior firm experience and industry exposure are a plus. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• Registered for practice before the USPTO or eligible for registration.
• Excellent academic record with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patent prosecution services in software and electronics IP.
• Interact with clients and GT attorneys across the firm.
• Prepare and manage patent writing and prosecution tasks.
