Candidates should be well-versed in the mechanics of leading an M&A transaction from inception to closing and have experience leading due diligence teams. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility, work independently and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have the ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas.
