Qualifications

• 2–4 years of focused experience in drafting and prosecuting software patent applications.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Degrees in computer engineering/computer science preferred; EE acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Drafting patent applications in the computer arts (e.g., software, AI/ML/LLMs, FinTech, web applications, telecommunications, ICs).
• Prosecuting patent applications.
