Kilpatrick Townsend’s Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution team is seeking a USPTO-registered Agent with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of patent prosecution experience, with expertise in drafting and prosecuting software applications across technologies such as cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence/machine learning, networking, and enterprise software systems. Candidates must be detail-oriented with strong technical writing skills. Transcripts and patent-related writing samples will be requested. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading-edge clients and technologies across diverse technical fields.
Office location options include: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA; Raleigh, NC; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Walnut Creek, CA; Washington, DC; Winston-Salem, NC. The expected salary range is $125,000 – $195,000.
