Confidential Employer in San Jose, CA is seeking a patent attorney with 3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience to draft and prosecute patent applications in semiconductors and electrical engineering. The role includes managing U.S.

and international prosecution and developing strategic patent portfolios. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with active USPTO registration and California or New York bar admission, and is ready to mentor junior team

Note

Candidates must have 3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience, a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, substantial semiconductor patent drafting and prosecution experience, and USPTO registration. Patent Attorneys must also hold the applicable state bar admission.
