BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Patent Agent to join its Intellectual Property and Technology Division in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves drafting and prosecuting both U.S.

and foreign patent applications, conducting patentability assessments, and assisting with freedom to operate and due diligence tasks. The successful candidate will need a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and should possess at least five years of experience in patent preparation and
