The candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications globally, coordinate with foreign law firms, and manage client portfolios while meeting billable hour requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Experience managing patent prosecution docket.
• Law firm or in-house IP experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
