Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with inventors and researchers to evaluate invention disclosures and assess patentability
• Draft and prosecute patent applications, respond to USPTO office actions, and manage patent portfolios
• Provide strategic guidance on patent strategy for emerging technologies

Qualifications:

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience with a strong focus on wireless technologies and AI systems
• USPTO registration or eligibility to sit for the exam
• Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Preferred experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, NLP, wireless communications, or computer vision
