Duties:

2. Conduct patentability assessments and freedom-to-operate analyses.
3. Draft claims and specifications for patent applications, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with patent law.
4. Work closely with clients to understand their innovations and provide strategic guidance.
5. Manage patent portfolios, monitor filing deadlines, and maintain relationships with the USPTO.
6. Stay updated on changes in patent law and best practices, ensuring high-quality service and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, specifically in electrical, computer, software, or mechanical technologies.
