Salary: $135,000–$250,000 (varies by market and experience).

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with brilliant inventors, researchers, and attorneys to evaluate groundbreaking technologies in 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing applications, radio frequency devices and applications, and other technological areas.
• Assess patentability, draft high-impact patent applications, and skillfully navigate USPTO office actions.
• Partner with clients to build and manage robust patent portfolios, driving innovation in fields like autonomous vehicles, robotics, and computer vision.
• Be at the forefront of IP law, shaping the tech landscape with every patent you secure.

What You Bring:

• Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of patent prosecution experience.
• USPTO registration or eligibility to register.
• A strong technical background in 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor/memory systems, image processing, or radio frequency applications.
• Extra consideration for experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, perception systems, and/or computer vision.
