This role involves reviewing work for defects, performing detailed surface repairs, and using pneumatic and power tools to achieve a high‑quality finish. The position requires maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following instructions, and adhering to all safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, hands‑on experience with sanding and repair techniques, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, non-climate‑controlled manufacturing environment
