Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience using hand tools/sanding.
• Experienced with various pneumatic and power tools.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Capable of working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented with safety equipment usage (respirator when needed).
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. and may autobody repair experience be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a sander and putty.
• Review work for defects and quality.
• Mix Gelcoat and putties when making repairs.
• Buff and sand parts as needed.
• Inspect parts to meet quality standards.
