Job summary

Nautique Boat Company in Orlando, FL is seeking a finish technician responsible for repairing and finishing parts by sanding, gelcoat and putty application to meet quality standards. You will review work for defects, perform detailed surface repairs, and use pneumatic and power tools to achieve a high-quality finish.

Work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment, maintain a clean workspace, and follow safety rules, including respirator use when needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience using hand tools and sanding.
• Experience with various pneumatic and power tools.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Capable of working in a non-climate-controlled environment and wearing safety equipment.
• Must be highly detail-oriented and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Autobody repair experience is a plus.
